Psychotherapy & Counselling

Therapy is about a journey within you that opens you to a whole new way of living and experiencing your world.  It helps you reflect and regain perspective, thereby giving you more control over your emotions.

At some stage in life, we may face commonly experienced concerns or a particular unique challenge.  Sometimes it is about long-standing psychological issues while other times it is in response to unexpected changes in one's life such as adjustment issues.  From time to time, it is about seeking extra support and guidance as we pursue our personal growth.

We employ a variety of therapeutic approaches to ensure that therapy is taiilored to the individual/s.  These include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and motivational-interviewing (MI).
